Buy the modules you need, at published prices
Every Capital ERP module carries its own published price, so you pay for what you actually need. A trading company that needs six modules pays for six, and the price does not change with the size of the company.
Every module, and what it costs
These are ECPA's published list prices in Egyptian pounds. Add only the modules your document cycles actually require.

Not sure which modules you need?
It is easy to license more than you need at the start. Talk us through your document cycles on a scoping call and we will price the smallest set of modules that closes your books properly, so you can check it against this list yourself.
Book a scoping callPrices as published by ECPA at ecpa-eg.com/en/eg/pricing/capital-erp and correct at the time this site was built. Confirm current figures before contracting. Implementation and data-migration effort is quoted separately, since it varies far more than the licence does.
In every module, without a line item
These are not upsells. They are the things an ERP has to do before it is worth installing.

Multi-company support
Alerts, approvals and accounting impact across more than one company on the same installation.

What the price list does not tell you
The figures above are purchase prices for the module licence. Hosting is billed monthly from EGP 5,000 and technical support is free for the first year. Ask for the five-year total when you compare against a subscription-priced competitor, because that is the comparison that actually matters.
Implementation is quoted separately because it varies far more than the licence does. It covers configuration, chart-of-accounts design, data migration, user training and go-live support. A focused finance and inventory scope sits at the low end; a multi-entity manufacturer with an industry module sits well above it.
Yes, and most clients do. Adding a module later is a licence purchase and a configuration exercise, not a re-implementation, because the ledger and master data are already in place.
In practice yes. Every other module posts its accounting impact somewhere, and that somewhere is the Accounting module. It is what makes the modules work together as one connected system.
The published price covers the module licence and includes ten users. If you need more than that, tell us the number during the scoping call and we will price it alongside the rest of your scope.
Price the set you actually need
Forty-five minutes on your document cycles is enough to turn this price list into a specific, defensible number.
