An ERP built inside an accounting firm
Capital ERP was specified, tested and is still developed by Egyptian Certified Public Accountants, a firm with more than 26 years of experience auditing, advising and filing for companies across Egypt, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The system is built on daily professional practice, not on a theory of how finance departments work.
We kept finding the same failures, so we built the control into the software
Auditors see the same weaknesses year after year: invoices raised against stock that was never there, purchase orders approved by whoever was available, payroll amended after approval, a closed period quietly reopened.
You can write those findings in a management letter every year, or you can make them impossible. Capital ERP is what happens when the people writing the findings get to specify the system. Each module carries the control as a rule the software enforces, not as a procedure someone is supposed to follow.
Control before convenience
Where the two conflict, the control wins. We'll explain the trade-off instead of quietly removing the block.
Local statute, properly
Egyptian tax, social insurance and e-invoicing rules are maintained by the team that files under them.
Honest scoping
We map only what your document cycles actually need, and we will tell you plainly which modules can wait until later.
One source of truth
No nightly syncs between systems, no department with its own private version of the numbers.
Egyptian Certified Public Accountants
ECPA provides external audit, tax, bookkeeping, company incorporation and financial consulting from offices serving Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The Ashraf Hagar office is registered as an auditor with the Financial Regulatory Authority and listed in the Central Bank registry under number 597.
That matters for an ERP buyer for one practical reason: the people who configure your chart of accounts, design your document cycle and maintain your tax treatments are the same people who would audit them. The software and the professional judgement come from one place.
